Bio
Ash Leslie is an abstract artist based on the coast South of Sydney. A self taught painter, Ash worked in graphic design roles for over a decade when a transition into motherhood acted as a catalyst to pursuing her life long interest in a career in visual arts.
Since then Ash's work has been featured in a range of group exhibitions around Victoria and New South Wales, including exhibiting as a finalist in The Paddington Art Prize in 2022 where she was the recipient The Nock Art Foundation Residency, a finalist in the Flow Art Prize at Wollongong Art Gallery in 2023, a finalist Signature Art Prize and Regional Landscape Prize in 2024. Ash has had solo showings with gallery Saint Cloche in Paddington, and most recently a solo exhibition with The Design Files in Collingwood, Melbourne.
